I can and sometimes do, utilize these skills. -
When you’ve had allergies, intolerances and chemical sensitivities for years, living symptom-free or with dramatically decreased symptoms, can be hard to imagine.
I studied the BodyTalk approach to address allergies & sensitivities to including foods, medications, & things like insect bites. Intolerances are slower reactions, often food-related, to one or more substances. Because unlike allergies, intolerances don't immediately express themselves, it's harder to track causes.
Your body is balanced and strengthened in relationship to glass vials that contain information, the chemical signature, of the substance that is stimulating the reaction, so that your body may be safely exposed to it. Read how and why frequencies work.
You can also be balanced by using the name of a substance or a sample of it.
Your body’s innate wisdom (the same innate wisdom that knows how to create a scab over a fresh wound) determines your body’s priorities for healing. The number of sessions required to create change are particular to you. It could take a few to several weekly sessions, with a follow up session several months later. Or more. Or less. Healing is not an exact science, despite what Western Medicine has led us to believe.

Our ability to thrive is dependent on our interaction with our environment. Recent discoveries in science continue to poke holes in our understanding of things like allergies, intolerances, autoimmune and digestive disorders, among other health conditions that have been profoundly misunderstood.
By weaving the “old” BodyChemistry approach with solid insights based on the emerging science on the Human Microbiome + Epigenetics, your body can become healthier and less reactive.
It’s crazy that our bodies can dramatically react to essentially neutral substances. The “why” of that involves your inner-microbial world and the immune system. Along with your emotional experience, with the imprints of trauma. As human beings, we are a complex ecosystem of our own cells living in a symbiotic relationship with 100 trillion bacteria and other microorganisms — the Human Microbiome. For a variety of reasons, for many of us critical microbiome community members are depleted or absent.
I attended the first Body Ecology class in March of 2014 — live from Australia, repeated the class in Winter 2015 and again in Autumn 2016 and attended several course updates. This is no longer a primary focus of my work, but it is work I know how to do.
My approach has progressed where I prefer "simple" hands-on, easing restrictions, encouraging health connection and flow between body parts. The foundation of my approach is "I wonder," not, "I know."
